• You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
• We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal entertainment. We may release updates (including security fixes) which you agree to install. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, or distribute the app.

The Service may include virtual items, points, or rewards. These do not have real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued. Balances may be adjusted to correct errors, fraud, or misuse.

• Supported cashout channels in Egypt: Vodafone, Etisalat, Orange, and WE.
• Processing times, limits, and fees may vary by promotion and risk checks. We may request additional verification.
• Always confirm recipient/wallet details before sending funds. We are not responsible for transfers made to incorrect details you provide.
• Taxes, charges, and telecom fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

• No cheating, exploitation of bugs, automation/bots, multi-account abuse, chargeback fraud, or harassment.
• No attempts to interfere with the Service, servers, or security features.
• We may investigate and take action (warnings, rollbacks, bans, withholding rewards) to protect fair use.

Promotions (e.g., welcome bonus, first-deposit +20%) have specific eligibility, time limits, and wagering or usage rules. We may modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time. In cases of abuse or policy breach, bonuses may be voided.

If offered, referral rewards are granted only for valid invited accounts that meet the stated requirements. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any manipulation are prohibited and may lead to forfeiture and sanctions.

All logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and software are owned by or licensed to GotoSlot and protected by law. You may not use our IP without written permission other than as necessary to use the Service under these Terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk. Review their terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GotoSlot and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GotoSlot, its affiliates, and staff from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations, suspected fraud, legal compliance, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use. Certain sections (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt (without regard to conflict of laws), unless another mandatory law applies in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts located in Cairo, Egypt, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be communicated in-app.
